Best Western Plus Gilbert/Mesa

The staff made us feel so welcome with their

Kindness and attention to detail. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, although we found it a bit noisy at night due to street traffic outside. It was a pleasant experience.

Loved our stay and would surely stay again. Great locations for us and quality rooms and breakfast.

We've had good experiences using the Hampton Inn's around the country and this was convenient to a family function we were attending for the weekend. We enjoy the facilities and the breakfasts. The staff at this facility was very good.

The neighborhood it is located in is not safe looking at night. It is difficult to exit the parking lot to go south on Gilbert Ave.

It was close to the airport and convenient ,since I arrived a 10:30 P.M. and needed to see someone in the morning, before I left for Sun City West. It was late and dark and I had never flown into the Mesa-Gateway airport before. So I needed to get to a safe place quickly and need to be near an exit to get onto the freeway the next day.

Bathtub didn't drain water properly and we had to get another room.The other room's drain worked fine, but the room was musty.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower was very poor because the knob could not be pulled up. The tub would not drain and we were standing in 10-12 inches of water every time we tried to use the shower. We told the staff and their response was the hotel is 27 years old. They said they would send someone to fix it, but the problem continued. We talked to staff every day about the same issue and we feel has if we were ignored. At checkout, they told us next time would be better. We are extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. Your brochure states that if the customer is not satisfied, there will be no charge. We had hoped that your hotel would be our place to stay when we are in Phoenix as we have family close by. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, we will not consider staying at the Hampton again.

the room i booked was maintained a good temperature for sleeping and available with 2 queen beds.

Had very nice stay by our next visit, the staff were efficient, location was magnificent on the sidewalk right in front. The breakfast food was outstanding, with coffee and cookies etc.

Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

I loved that the pool was kept super clean every day, and the breakfast spread was an unexpected treat. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only bummer was some noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't dampen my stay at all 😊

The Queen Room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. The bed was super comfy for a good night's sleep. The pool area was nice, with sun loungers and a hot tub. Breakfast had decent options like scrambled eggs and sausage but could prompt things to be ready earlier than 6:30 am.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

I stayed for three nights in a Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking. The location is perfect for accessing local attractions and the surrounding area. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. There were some issues with the shower temperature that could use attention.

Location is great, just minutes from the golf course. Pool area was nice, but towels ran out quickly.

The staff offered friendly service right from check-in. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing, with the owner taking care of it daily. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciated the nice touch of having a recliner. Breakfast was decent with various options available, and everything remained well stocked. The location is convenient, close to dining options and not too far from attractions. On the downside, the prices can spike during holiday periods, which can be a bit steep. Despite that, the comfort of the bed and overall cleanliness were good.

The hotel is well-maintained, with clean, comfortable common areas. I appreciated the easy access around the hotel.

Bathroom needs some modern updates for convenience.

Best western has a great location, just minutes away from graduation for my granddaughter. The outdoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable too. The staff was friendly during check-in, and the breakfast was pretty decent. We loved how comfortable the bed was for a good night's sleep.
